Should I join Blackrock?

Hi everyone, I’m getting an offer from our client Blackrock to join there full time , I’m currently working from home but if I join there I’ll have to work from office for 4 days a week. We are yet to discuss the compensation, my manager asked me if I’m comfortable with moving to blackrock right now. Can you please suggest if I should accept the offer and how is it like working as a blackrock employee , empl benefits and compensation that I can expect and annual hikes
