Should I join Accenture??

I joined tcs in 2024 and currently earning around 27 lpa fixed. I got an offer from Accenture with 35 lpa fixed. Wanted your advice if I should join Accenture? Or if TCS tries to retain me by Matchimg the salary or provide me some onsite opportunities should I try to negotiate?
