Should I join Accenture?

Hi,

I am getting offer from Accenture for 9 LPA which is good enough for me but its a night shift and currently i am working with GENPACT that’s also a night shift so i need to go for day shift.

Can someone suggest how good is Accenture if i join as a FP&A and will i get stuck there?

How good the company is? Whether i should hold and go for another companies?
