Should I hire for marketing

I'm about to release my new SaaS, and I realize I need to focus on marketing. While I have some marketing knowledge, I'm considering whether it's more beneficial to hire someone else to handle it. Here are the options I'm considering:

A) Hire a full-time marketing professional B) Pay a consultant C) Handle it myself

What do you all think? Additionally, how do you approach marketing for your own projects?
