Should I go for MS?

Currently finished 2YOE in my company and built a good resume with projects and skills.

When I graduated in 2023, Ithought I will do an MS at 3 YOE to maximize my chance of getting a job in the USA.

Now with the h1b policy, should I still apply? In 3 yrs from now when I graduate, will I be able to get a job there?
