Should I get NOC for my bike , I'm going to bring my bike from MH to Blr
Hello,
I have a bike at my native place in Maharashtra. I'm planning to take it to Blr for my travel needs. Im doubtful for what documents I will need to have other than RC and Insurance .
I have heard from people that a NOC from my home RTO is needed in order for me to travel to other states. Also I heard if one takes this NOC, they then will have to change their bike registration. What is the case? Taxes in KA makes me not want to re-register the bike.

If its an old bike noc wont do anything. I brought my bike from Bangalore to Delhi but in Delhi they only register BS6 bikes now and mine is BS4. But eventually if I want to sell I need to take the bike back to Karnataka. Wish I had known this before then ai would have sold it there itself before moving.
