Should I get a Credit Card ?

I want to know your experience with a credit card and whether I should get it or not.

I am a student and get money from my parents to manage my expenses.

I am not sure whether to get it or not, O don't do much shopping only daily use products like Soap, oil, cream etc.

Should I get an UPI powered credit card or not ?

Also wanted to know more about the digital saving account like the Slice etc.

Are they a better option for a secondary place to store some money to avoid things getting messed up !!

I'm confused!
