Trending @Accenture; Should I expect promotion?

I have joined Accenture in May 2022 at level 11. I have 4+ years of total experience. In last year December cycle my promotion got cancelled due to poor market conditions ( surprisingly 2 people above my level got promoted in my project). I've discussed many times since February for mid year promotions and everytime my manager said that don't worry. Should I expect my level 10 promotion in june cycle?
