Education background Information technology tier 2 college 2021 passout

10th - 92% 12th - 90% B.tech - 6.95 CPI how much time will it take if i sincerely start from 1st August full time 10 hrs a day, didn't have any coachings. Will i get into list of IIMs?

as I am not liking my work as an engineer, I technically sound good but not enjoying , as am not so fluent like ICSE students how much time will it take to cover syllabus and practice it to get 99+ PR
