Should I do an MBA ?

I currently have 2 years of work ex with ctc of 13 +2 LPA. I am not a developer but in a cloud support role. Should I think about going for an executive MBA in the next 2-3 years. Will this decision be good financially.

Doing MBA never hurts, but you should aim for some reputed ones

From a person who did an exec MBA: Other than the fact that it looks good on paper and meets the checklist of a few people, its of no use. If you are doing it to get a salary hike/career change: make sure you do a full time MBA or an exec MBA from a really reputed university And don't fall for the trap of online MBA by many places. Most of the time it's some stupid startup that using the name to give you a certificate in the name of the college and that's useless
