Should I continue with Programmatic buying or should I change to adobe analytics

Hi, I am programmatic buying manager but I don’t know what is the good package in programmatic buying I heard adobe analysts give good package like 35lpa as a manager and I have done B. Tech. So I am confused that should I continue with programmatic or shift to analysts. Please suggest
