Trending @Accenture; Should I continue with Accenture ?
Hello All.9 months in accenture.Not like the culture, most toxic atmosphere. Even if delivering work team is not recognizing. L10 4 YRS of exp. What ever skill I acquired seems gradually going down. So I want to take one input from you guys. There is saying if in one project and one team a person facing toxicity that does not mean organization is overally like that. Here I would like to get response should I ask manager to release me from project. Will go on bench and seeking for other project. Or will start looking outside as I have spent only 9 months will put paper ?
It's not toxic in all projects, yes. It really depends on the project + there's no guarantee you'll get good or bad environment even if u switch the project or organization.
That also right, but no matter how poliety I am few folks are making nasty. I am new to project and all are since 3-4 + yrs. If I will continue to manage in long run I will be suffocated.
Switching project is not simple. Even though on papers everything looks very legit but there is a lot of background politics that happen. Even if you are selected, Unless the current project is ready to release you within the timeframe that the other project requires you it wont work.

It is common across projects in Accenture you will have toxic culture...it is in the DNA of an IT organisation you have to learn how to handle...even in looking outside as well you have to face it...it depends on your luck if you get any good manager or colleagues
