Should I consider Singapore as my next step?

About me- I have 4 yoe in product design and a decent portfolio. My goal is to move out of India but with the current job market, I’m finding it very hard to directly get a job abroad. I’m considering a masters in Singapore after which I want to look for a job there. I have heard that the job market isn’t great, but I don’t want to give up without trying.
