Should I Consider Resigning Due to Increased Responsibilities and Low Pay?
Hello @all Due to recent budget cuts, my company has reduced resources, which has led to an increased dependency on me for my project. I have 3.4 years of experience in my field, but my current salary is only 4.42 LPA. Is it a Good Idea to Resign Without an Offer? Given my current responsibilities have increased, is it wise to resign without another offer in hand? Is it likely my company might consider a pay increase if I discuss my resignation with them? Considering the risk of leaving without a backup, would it make sense to go ahead with the resignation or to stay and wait for other opportunities? I’d appreciate insights or personal experiences from anyone who’s been in a similar situation or can offer guidance on negotiating for a raise or managing career growth in times of budget constraints.
