Should I consider leaving my current company?

I am in a company where people are increasingly becoming less cooperative and ego has increased with stiff competition around. I have been in this company for 1 year they have been promising for IPO but its all in loss since 2019. Tech is not latest Monolith with Java-Sping-boot and Angular.

If you are getting to code handson and getting the pay you want then it should not matter if other person is egoistic or not, you should ignore other than work in office. You can work till 2 years if work Is good. But if you feel that you job is at risk here then surely look for a new one first without Letting anyone know and the if you get any offer, dice wheather you want to shift and switch without a second thaught.
