Hi should i consider hsbc bangalore for my next switch ? Actually i want to reallocate to pune so HTI pune is different than hsbc bangalore or is it same and i can initiate transfer after joining it. And how much salary i should ask considering my experience 3.5 years? My current salary is 14.5 lpa
