Should I call the person if they have shared their number on LinkedIn for job opening?
I am actively looking for an opportunity. In some of the companies, their employees have mentioned their contact number along with their email. I first email them but most of the time I don't get a reply from them. So if they have also mentioned their contact number, should I call them or will it be rude and unprofessional behaviour from my side?
If the number was specifically addressed to you, then maybe you could send them a whatsapp message first and I introduce yourself.
Not particularly to me, they have mentioned their contact number under Contact info in their LinkedIn profile.
Just message then in LinkedIn itself then. Mostly mostly people there when compared to emails. I wouldn't suggest calling/ texting a person just because it's mentioned in their profile.
