Should i buy 1.4Cr flat?

I live in Pune and travel to Bangalore often. I want to purchase house in Pune 2/3bhk but I don’t know if I would be able to stay in it as my job is insecure 😕 I am 40, have some savings of around 40L, hold about 50L in markets. Would it be a good bet to buy 1.4Cr flat? Is it a right decision?

PS: what I understand all market projects are running sold out!

Yes. With metro coming up in pune market should go up... Also there are a lot of kpos and large it cos here... With Bangalore getting expensive and cost pressures expect expansion here.
