Should i attend this assessment

Hi Grapeviners , iam a senior software engineer at accenture with 11 ctc , i got a assignment to write for sr.associate qs in amazon , don’t know whether to attend it or not because in google the salary is lesser than what iam getting now . Pls advise!!!
