Should I ask her out ?

Ok, so there's a girl I hv always liked from my college days. Initially we started out fighting all the time. Overtime, our fights stopped and we speak normally now. Somewhere in between the fights I developed a crush on her.

After college, we both joined separate companies, still I tried to stay in touch in with her. Never told her about my feelings for 2 reasons. Reason 1: I didn't know what she felt. I did not want to put unnecessary complications in her lyf and so stayed happy being her friend. Reason 2: I felt I wasn't ready. I was immature, rash and didn't know how to speak with ppl with respect. Also my salary was low.

But now, I hv a job offer from my dream company with ₹1L per month in hand. And I've worked very hard to improve my personality and now I hv learnt to be respected and mature person.

Should I go for her ? Or move on ?

It's been 3 months since I last spoke to her. I tried getting back in touch with her last week, she just replies to my msgs. She never starts the conversations, replies to me after hours. I can see she comes online for 5 mins, but never replies to me. I am stuck whether to tell her my feelings or just silently move on ?
