I'm working from 10Am to 10:30Pm everyday where I will be having Onsite call everyday from 8:30Pm to 10:00Pm IST so in the case will I be eligible for shift allowance.
If Yes how much will I be getting paid in DSE and job level 3
10:30 is too late , if it’s every day. Once or twice in a week is fine. You need set the boundaries . Let them know certain days in a week you are available only 8:30 pm which is a fair time. If they expect you to be online at 10:30 pm every night make sure you start your day at 1pm. I don’t think this shift gets an allowance. It has to be night shift to be eligible for allowance .
Yes, due to budget reasons and all that they might not give the NSA or not even consider, only solution is login late and if they ask you can tell manager I'm working late everyday it's impacting health
Similar situation, what if I'm starting by 10 a.m and ending by 12 - 2 am depending on the work.
Shift allowance budget first approval from client then they will allocate, even they maintain rooster for shifts
Login late. To be eligible for NSA one should work after 11 pm
