Should I ask for more ?

I got an offer letter from a PBC of 19 Lpa fixed and 10% variable (with no upper capping, they said it can even go to 150%). Tech stack - Javascript (primary), Java, C# ( may be need to work in future). Exp - 3.8 Yrs 5 days office

Just wanted to know, if this is a good offer or shall I ask for more.
