Trending @Infosys; Should I ask for early release

Hi folks,

I am currently in a situation where I have cracked a total of 5 rounds of interviews ( 2 technical, 1 techno managerial and 2 client rounds ).. HR round and compensation discussion also happened but now they are like : offer will be released if you join early and at the last working day or your current organization... So without offer should I put a request for early release?
