Should i ask for appraisal?

I am working in a company(WFM) and its been 1 year. Recently my senior colleague left the company and he was having salary of i.e. 1 L INR per month. My salary i.e. 62000 INR per month (boss told me that if your performance is good thn will increase my pay in 6 months, but obviously nothing Is done)

Senior colleague resigned from job (4 months ago), all his work and task is being done by me plus my work also so basically I am doing his job + my job also. ( I work directly with founder of company and there is only one employee and that’s me)

Now my question is should I ask my boss to increase my salary i.e 80k-90k INR per month as my work load also increased Please suggest if anyone Faced same situation or similar to this.
