Should I accept the offer of 45LPA or stay with TCS on 39L?
I have 12 years of experience and joined TCS two years ago at the C3B grade with a package of 39 LPA. Today, I received an offer for 46 LPA. However, I don’t see much difference in the actual in-hand salary. Any suggestions on whether I should move out of TCS or stay here?
If you have 39 lakhs package in TCS, it is the best company to retire in your context.

Leave TCS.
If no issues with work life balance and planning to settle/ retire and in hand salary is same as tcs . Better to stay in tcs.
Depends upon where the offer is from? What is variable structure. TCS for more than 1 year now isn't paying variable more than 40% so I can imagine your 39LPA is in reality 35LPA here in TCS.
I am having an offer from Accenture but at the last no big difference because Accenture is having 27% variable and in order to make a little bit difference they are offering 4 lakh joining bonus but still I am not getting confidence that I should go with

I would definitely switch . With the joining bonus they are offering it would make a difference . You can always join another company if it doesn't work out
