Should I accept the offer of 16LPA Capgemini or stay with TCS on 10LPA ? 6 years of work exp ( Chennai )
I have overall 6 years of experience till now !
I joined TCS 3 years back got good project , flexible work life balance , good manager and team.I am unmarried , able to spend time for family and wfh.
I didn’t applied but got an oppurtunity, I have attended interview at Capgemini and cleared the interview having offer of 16 LPA as fixed.My highest fear is not able to join back TCS again.Kindly , please suggest an idea not able to decide at this situation.
You are young and unmarried. So take this opportunity. You may switch 1 or 2 more job post Capgemini. Get better salary, better companies, save invest.
Once ur married, have home loan , have kids it's difficult.
I understand there is some degree of Job Security but that also reflect in average CTC, slow promotion.
My age is around 28 and going to get married in 3 months dude.Everything is going good which means work life , no emi no loan till now.So , thinking about peace instead of lot of work pressure in switching company.This is my honest answer and ready to accept the incoming advice.
If u want to be in the comfort zone, stay.. if you want career growth and learning, move out.. I kind of feel that you are looking for some answers which supports to stay back.. deep inside you are not willing to move out of your comfort zone.. I am someone left tcs in 3 years with good package. In my case , after moving I felt that I should have made this move much earlier
Never tent yourself to one company unless you have some constraint’s. I feel this no rejoin policy is a way to make you paralysed. Build a savings corpus and become financially independent
16 fixed is good as it will take another 5 year to get 16ctc fixed in tcs so why not after 3 months.
Boss ur 6 yrs. Experience tht too bachelor move on my suggestion in TCS employees will stick long period who is above 14 yrs. Guys thy will not move due to in security. Please move on and accept offer put papers try for counter offers.

If you have aspirations and financial commitments then move.but if you want to stay in a comfort zone then stay. Deep dive into yourself and understand what you want. Manager and project can change anytime and everything can go upside down in a day.it all depends on what you want.
