Should I accept the offer
Hi, I am working for 3 years in TCS. Current CTC - Around 8.5LPA I'm offered 11 LPA in Infosys & HCL. Should I accept any of this or should I continue in TCS for some more time so that I can get a better offer?

Not a good offer. But accept the offer and utilise the 90 days notice period to gain more offers. You are young, go for the Product based companies where work quality, compensation are high. Take risk if no family responsibility yet.
