Should I accept Infosys 11 LPA offer
I had joined TCS as a digital candidate as a fresher 3 years back at 7 LPA. After 3 years my package is just 8 LPA. But I was living a chill life until I was forced to do work from office 5 days and 9 hours. Also no cab facility. So I applied in Infosys through referral and I got an offer of 11 LPA and the designation is Associate Senior Consultant. I am a Java spring boot microservices developer. Should I join INFY or try more for more hike? Is a hike from 8 to 11 enough during the start of career?

Ideally you should hear back in 1-2 weeks. Max 1 month. If not, assume that you didn't clear interview. Follow up on email only once a week.
I received the call from them within half an hour after the interview and they scheduled managerial round on the same day. And for result of managerial round they took 5 days
bhai Mai 9.5 lpa pe chhod rha hu..I'm having 4.5 here in tcs..for me it's totally worth
Put paper. Keep searching. 11 is less bro. You may get more than 13LPA

Accepting offer doesn't mean that we should compulsory join that organisation. Just accept offer and resigned in TCS, then keep searching few more offers, by the end of your notice period you will have few more package offers
14Lpa should be minimum.You will not get hike in future 2 to 3 years
