Should I accept a lead role without promotion or increment?

I am working as a Business Analyst at TCS. My team lead is leaving the company, and my manager is offering me that role but without any increment or promotion. It is govt of India macy project. Pls provide valuable advice

Definitely go for it. Take the position. Take some exp and ensure you get valid titles. Update resume. Leverage this role and jump for better offers.

But somehow project is complicated and Clint is govt of India. Work load is high. But I am agreed there is learning opportunity to develop new functionality.
