Should get retained in TCS or join other company
I am having 14 years of experience and joined TCS 3 yearbook. But there is no significant raise in my salary.I thought I am underpaid and decided to resign. I got an offer with NTT Data with 60% raise and now TCS is offering 20% as part of their retention plan.Should I get retained or join the other company and move on.
They are offering just 20% even though you are getting 60% outside!! Why are you even confused?

Move on..even if you stay ..the environment became hell in TCS now..and worse management

Ntt data has good work-life balance and you get rewarded with good incentives , as per the review from ex-ntt employee who joined tcs
