Should do an MBA?
Do I loose out on senior roles in larger/ ‘branded’ orgs as I gain more experience due not being an MBA from top 10?
Current role - PM at Unicorn YoE - 4.5 , Pm exp - 2 Education : BTech from tier 3 college Ctc - 41 lpa + esops
I haven’t been able to get any short lists from MANGA or other large tech orgs only from startups.

For satisfaction, look for executive programs from IIM where you dont need to leave the job. :)

It is highly unlikely you would get that fixed pay from campus. Consider pursuing a MBA from abroad or get into a program which would not make you miss out on anything

Does an MBA from top global b schools makes sense? Would it lead to higher salary in India as well?

You’re making good money. Get an MBA for your mental peace but it does not appear to be a major issue to not have one.

Your opportunity cost would be very high, two years of lost earnings (82L+) and cost of MBA ~27L. You already earn more than most top B School graduates. Unless you want to badly switch domain and go into consulting, finance, etc its not worth it.

Go for m tech from bits pilani in their wilp program
Thats the only program that gives you degree and not diploma
Plus you dont have to take a career break
