Should Al guide product discovery ?

AI currently is a tool.

A tool can not and should not guide.

It can only be used to collate info, ask you relevant questions for you to gain clarity, give suggestions on things that may have been missed, and prototyping.

What does it mean though?

Does it mean I ask chatgpt "what phone should I buy?" And it recommends a phone? Based on what though?
