Shortening of notice period in Accenture

I want to get my notice period shortened by 30 days as I have a offer letter in hand in which they are offering 100% hoke, any idea how to proceed with this

Hi I have recently switched from Accenture with 5+years of experience. Same situation, but in my case it was 15 days i needed to be released. Here's what u need to do, as soon as u put in papers, ensure I canwrap up your KT in 15 days. Contact your HR and Manager through a mail that u need 2 be relieved in 15 days due to health/family problems. Never mention another company. They will soon approve it.
