Hi Everyone,
I am currently on bench and being offered a short term (3-4 months) long project. I want to inquire what after it get finished? Will I directly get removed or will I get 2-3 months of PDP/ADP period and Severance?

Better to took this project because after that you will be placed again in bench timeframe will be reset to 0 .if you will be on PDP period after the ageing got started you will be removed with 45-60 days with 3 month severance pay there is no written assurance.
