Shocked… Why and how TCS is admired in outside world.
Shocked on why and how TCS is admired in outside world while it has so much toxicity inside. Employees are crying screaming but nothing deters TCS.
Caz..tcs is that father who cares for the world ,donate money to trust by stealing the salary of their own son/daughter like hars working employee.
Your immediate supervisor can initiate promotion at any moment. Prerequisite that previous promotion has been done before 6 months. Refitment, Restructuring and all are possible in consensus with supervisor. Talk with him/her and go for it. Thx.
Sir I respect your suggestion but I have seen myself people in TCS getting frustrated due to different reasons which are listed in detail if you go through community channels. I personally feel this is not good for the company to sustain and should be looked upon
TCS actually puts lots of efforts abroad. That's where clients are and are always seem to be impressed for some reason.
Because paid media do there job.. no one see grapevine
