Respond to a customer who was not happy with the service (upload speed) he bought and as a Customer Executive you haven’t responded yet. There was a technical glitch within your company’s infrastructure that’s why the issue happened and customers were not able to upload with full speed. Niw customer is asking for refund. Note: The delay in response happened because customer hasn’t shared the correct contact details. Now, please respond to the customer (with proper email subject line) to share the update and inform that the company is unable to refund as the subscription was already used.
Then email writing you will be given a topic then verbal questions they will speak out a sentence you have to repeat it also they will say wrong sentence you have correct sentence also with sentence with blank you have to fill the word while speaking and then comes speech on any topic 15 sec for preparation and 30 sec to speak,
