Hi friends, I don't understand why suddenly they want shl certified engineer, because of AI?

Now I am full time billable, I have lots of work load in HSBC account project, even those I am handling multiple things, do code, testing, debugging,designing ui, etc.

I don't have a much time to complete my work. I put my all efforts every day new problems and fixes on banking sites, doing lots of things. Even my clients also understand my situation and he knows what I am doing.

Any guiness can break this:

Every day I have to attend 3 meetings one is daily scrum, then team huddle call to resolve issue, last one for what we did eod.

But still I am feeling lots of pressure to complete shl certificate. Now my problem is if I spend time to complete training my work will be get impacted.

If they have already discussed this with client HSBC, I am ready to fully focus and spend daily 2 hours on training. In my working hours.

Now 6:00 am I waked up and start my day with normal 30 min excercise. Get ready in next 30 min and reach office by 9:30.

Now suppose at 9:30 I start work i would like to spend time on 2 hrs on training. On 11:30 attend DSM call which Takes around 30 minutes. 12`o clok I start my work and at 1:30 hrs Then took a lunch break for 30 min. Then start work again on 2:00 to 3:00 Now attend 3:00 to 4:00 team huddle calls.

From 4:00 to 5:00 work Last eod meetings 5:00 to 5:30
On last 30 min I do recheck status and mails , send some mail & reply. Then pack my bags and next 2 hrs spend in traffic and reach out to home safely in traffic.

Then get freshed and spend time with family , one call to families & friends , check news, what going around then dinner and sleep by 11:30pm. Repeat the sequence from Monday to Friday.

Now people come and say use your sat Sunday for traning and work as well, then I would like to say mostly i do visit temple, visit friend home or family members,do haircut, buy grocery, vegitable etc. do shopping Pay bills fuel, gas , oil, electricity etc. Some times my childrens & if my family members feels seeks so takes appointment & visit to doctor.

End of the story is If I calculate i only actually worked 3hrs.
