Everyone in social media for shiv is generous and the most charitable person and also lots of praises on organization on being given 7% minimum increment (assumed in the outside world), but reality is only known to us all insiders. We keep shouting and he or the organisation steals name and fame outside by doing highly white collared loot on us. Point is still he is growing up the ladder towards the richest person and this is possible since our pockets are being looted.

He is just saving his taxes by paying to his own trust.

Just to get name and fame in a good way...... Treating employees as slaves in company... And showcasing as a hero outside..
