Shitty manager pretty girl

I'm interviewing with JPMC for product associate data engineering role. Falls under CCB in product delivery. For context, I don't see myself getting promoted because of a girl in our team who knows nothing but sweet talking to my manager. She gets all the good stuff, major projects, priority, etc. I'm frustrated because he doesn't pay heed to anybody in the team. Even when people put in a lot of work.

Current offer: 28 fixed, 10% bonus, 2L signing bonus. Loc: Hyderabad

Current TC: 23 Amazon blr.

Should I stay at amazon and grind for the RSUs or should I leave?

Also if you're from JPMC could you also please share feedback in the team or the role?

It's not like one can expect a promotion in 2 years.

Switch teams quickly, so you can take a hit of just 1 year.

Amazon has scale and scope for internal trasnfer. Other companies not as much.

Valid argument, thank you. I'm definitely considering it. Amazon currently is on a hiring freeze including in our org. My current team has nothing innovative going on. Next year onwards my bonus will go away and take home will fall by 2.5 lakhs. Hikes are non existent. And my fixed base after promotion is equivalent to my new offer. I understand this scale is not found elsewhere. But my new role has a new technology stack that I wanted to work upon and amazon can't offer me that. And yet the RSUs tempt me to stay back. With this additional context what would you suggest?

Primary advise will be stayin amz and cash in you rsu as much as you can it's free money , comapre it with jpmc , take some calculation from ChatGPT about rsu & new offer which will be more beneficial!

While leaving org make some mess. That no should find out when you are here. Let that manager and pretty girl resolve it themselves.

Change teams

I'm L4 BIE with 1 year exp in this team, if I change team I'll have to start over. A very long run. But I'll be getting the same salary from November if I accept the offer. Would it still make sense to change teams?
