I report directly to my DM and the person is an utter piece of shit. I would like to know the procedure to raise a formal complaint against my supervisor. I've had enough and I would like to see the end of it.
Raising complaint against DM, you need to raise to your solution Manager / delivery head/ senior delivery Head.please prepare the points and raise to them. All the best!!
In short , nothing is gonna happen!! DMs views will carry more weight against you ( if he didn’t have such complaints raised earlier)
I think you can switch to different company instead of complaining about DM and complicating it further. I feel that you will not get proper support for your concerns from Senior management and HR.
Yes. I'm already in notice period. But the manager is making things worse daily. So thought of putting up a fight before I leave.
If it's a serious thing, you ll be transferred to a different project. Most likely, nothing much will happen
