Shit Work Culture of Accenture.

In my previous project, I delivered everything on time, received recognition, and was even awarded “Performer of the Month.” However, I was rolled off the project last February and joined a new one. In this new project, most of the tasks are assigned to the team leads with in, and with a large team structure, three members are just team leads. There are also two SSEs, and I’m a Software Engineer with 3.7 years of experience. Even the SSEs are assigned with lame tasks. Last year, I didn’t receive a raise. I’m wondering if there’s a chance of a hike this year, or if this is just a recurring pattern, as they previously rolled people off instead of giving raises.

Working at Accenture is like a dream come true for me. The company I worked in previously had the most toxic work culture ever, I think it was mostly because it was a startup. Had no time to sleep or eat. Only work and work. But after getting a job in Accenture, I have been learning to use so many tools which made me technologically quite sound and also there’s a great work life balance here.

I have been working at Accenture. And let me tell you, I never thought working can be so relaxing. I have a wonderful manager and great colleagues who are always there to help me with anything I need. Also, leave policy to inka kaafi sahi hai. I wouldn’t want to change it for anything.
