All blame is on tech but the real issue is the Product Team. They have not delivered one successful product in the last 2 years.
Most of the product managers are just yes men. I literally saw 3 PMs agreeing that the "shitty" idea presented by the leadership is gonna be a game-changer.
Data manipulation is also too common. False numbers are being shown in the release mails to make the product look good.
Also i see there are too many PM’s in Swiggy. Also in Zepto too
I have seen few PMs who are from tier 1 .. but does not even have common sense. One of classical example in loyalty. Just copy and paste.

Pyng didn't reach a very basic traction it seems. Just 5k downloads for a distribution like Swiggy
