Shit recruiting process at Geekyants

So recently I interviewed at Geekyants and it was horrible. I mentioned about my existing offer and what I wanted before the start of the recruiting process. They took a communication assessment, a coding assessment, two technical assessment and an HR assessment only to give me an offer of 8 lpa ( lower than the offer I had ) with freaking 18 months of bond. I remember mentioning that the offer I have is time bound and would appreciate if they fasten the process, I think they thought I would accept their offer given my urgency. Shit behavior.
