I have been working in this account for 2 years and they never give promotions or increase pay scale. They are asking and forcing us to BTO due to a client visit just after the Diwali. Right now, my account is having 125/- only and I am having salary of 30-40k, in which I have to pay for my room rent, electricity bill, daily commute, emi for my father medical conditions, groceries,etc. etc. how are they expecting me to come office even after I completed my 12 days. Management just wrote that they will take serious actions if I fail to comply...
Switch them
Sounds like a toxic project. Try to ask for your needs politely. If it doesn't work, just leave. You should not wait for them to change.
Why they r asking more than 12
If your manager is chill then tell him you can't as you already live far away. Ask politely to let you go this time. If you know he won't agree then don't go.
