Shifting to mumbai from Noida.

I recently joined in mumbai and shifting here with family. One of big thing is that i have my suv which is relatively new(2 year old and around 10k kilometers run ) with up16 registration. Please help me should i do re-register it in mumbai for MH number or can drive here with same up16 numbers. Or i should sell it in noida itself. Getting MH number is costly as i enquired cost would be 1.20 lakhs. Any guidance is highly appreciated.
