Shifting from BA to Product Manager

I am trying to shift to Product management and have previous work ex of 5 years as Business Analyst at Accenture and 2 years of experience at an American startup as a Product Analyst.

I have worked in Product teams throughout but am not getting shortlisted for the roles. Also, I am not trying for PM roles, usually I try for APM as the entry barrier is low.

Any tips on what to be done ?
