I’m very badly failing in career working in core industry. Getting suggestions to join a company which provides training and projects. Please suggest me if it’s ok to shift to coding jobs YOE-7 yrs . Is it possible to start from the scratch at 31.

Should be possible if you have some interest in coding, if you don’t like it, you will get frustrated very easily, because there are some pretty menial, low level tasks too, which is just like typing some commands like a bot.
But if you have interest in learning, and have some basic knowledge, then certainly it is possible
