Trending @Cognizant; Shift to Another MNC

Hi,

I have been working in CTS for the past 1.8 years, I joined Nov 2022(as PAT). I got some offers from another MNC with 6 LPA.

I'm really looking for a safer side and steady growth in my career.

I am seeing in my project they are actively releasing associates from the project.

My question is

When I was supposed to be promoted to associate and what will be my package?

I think the associate position also offers 6 LPA. Is it good to switch now or wait for sometime and try with any other companies?
