Trending @Wipro; Shift policy denied to give shift allowance or WFH.
As per rules if anyone is working in shifts be it any shift you are eligible for shift allowance or WFH with approval but if manager denies both allowance and WFH so what should we do because if they are not letting WFH then at least give allowance right? Where should we raise concern regarding this.

Just FYI I am getting WFH and Shift allowances both from last 3 months now.
My project also require shift. But they give us allowance only for night shift. Not for morning not for afternoon. I'm new to this project. I joined because i thought shift is there so i would be getting some extra amount. But later I came to know that we only get allowance for night shift. What's the point of doing shift then?

It is an issue in Wipro. In our project the manager does not map the shift correctly only the standard shift(8.5 am to 5.5pm) is mapped for all, except night. Due to which employees do not get shift allowance.
Yes then why should we work in shift as it's not like that we work only in shift time strictly we have to extend many times and they do like this.
