Is anybody getting the shift/oncall allowance once in two months even after filling the myte correctly on time.

Your project manager have to approve the myte on call support. Once approved you will receive payment for on call support.

Yeah, but don't know if my manager is approving late. Sometimes two months oncall allowance will be credited at a time in single month, so thought of checking if it is the same case for anybody here.
